The 16 – 22 week Full Body Athlete Workout Plan has 3 Blocks:

Block 1: ‘6 Week Stimulation Phase’

Each Workout consists of x3 full body days and 1 Weak Point Training or Muscle Pump day. You will perform long negative phases and strong peak contraction phases. Our aim is to:

1. Master taking the muscles to ‘complete failure’.

2. Allow the body enough rest to fully re-develop stronger.

These two things will set us up for major success and transformation for Block 2..

Block 2: ‘4 Week HIT Neurological Overload Phase’

This 4 week period will shock your body with a Push / Leg / Pull split. This sets you up nicely for another body shock and further stimulation in Block 3. Where you revet back to HIT full body workouts.

In Block 2 you will use extreme time under tension tempo for each muscle. Isolating it through 10 second reps. You’ll  increase your ability to handle ‘the burn.’ This is where the real muscle breakdown occurs with better muscle development.

Block 3: ‘6 Week Giant Set Intensity Amplification phase’

Now, you will push your body’s ability to handle increased intensity. By combining multiple exercises, long time under tension tempo, and going to complete failure… whilst doing giant sets. For total muscle building transformation.
