I’ve always been looking for a workout program that’s flexible, can be done at home, on a budget, and is something that’s maintainable. Adam’s figured it out– I love the workouts! Game Changer

I am a busy father of two girls I have worked out on and off for several years trying different routines. I have also tried multiple diets and while counting calories or macros works if you are on top of it, it is not realistic if you want to enjoy meals with your family. A serious, structured program

I was disappointed with what the maker of TRX has to offer and stumbled upon Adam’s program through online reviews and forums. I was a bit skeptical at first but am now on my second program and couldn’t be happier with it. Where are you based?

I am mainly based in London, UK. But I love travelling, specifically backpacking our beautiful world and experiencing other cultures... So most likely I may be based on the side of a mountain or little beach hut. Perhaps I’ll even meet you in person at some point… That would be just awesome!
