This is the 3rd program of Adam’s that I’ve completed. It was very challenging and enjoyable for this 65 year old and I am really enjoying my new fitness lifestyle away from traditional weight training! With a lot of junk workout programs online, I am always very hesitant to buy someone’s workout programs. I am glad I took a chance on Adam’s workouts. It is obvious he put a lot of time into creating balanced programs that ramp up gradually as you get stronger. These are hands down the best TRX workouts I found online and are very effective at a full body and core workout.

Huge fan of Adam’s TRX material. This is the second program I’ve bought from him and in halfway through. Adam’s program was the first program that I’ve been excited to use AND witnessed results. After each workout I feel as if my muscles were truly exercised, rather than punished at a traditional gym. Fantastic full body program. I appreciate the time and effort put into creating this program and am seeing results already.
When I have questions about how to perform an exercise, I can click on the exercise which takes me to Adam’s YouTube where he explains in detail how to do the exercises and what to focus on for that mind body connection.
I do wish there was a little illustration next to the exercises on the plan but once you get used to doing the program after a few weeks, the exercises become second nature.
Overall well worth the money. Thanks Adam.

Hands-down, this was the best money I could’ve spent. The program was highly doable, and steadily progressive, so I was motivated from the start.
Got 6 weeks into the 8-week program and was committed for the first time in my 63 years of living — and NOT working out. I loved every day. And the results came very quickly and very noticeably.
I got to watch my son do the the workout — and that was an added bonus. We used to work out together, and if you’re a father, you know how amazing that was. So, thanks from both of us. Awesome Program! I have the official TRX app and it doesn’t come close to these workouts. I like how they are stacked and combined to really challenge the body. The explanations with the video links are great. I would find it a tad bit easier if the links were embedded within the actual program day rather than having to scroll to the bottom but it isn’t worth taking away a star on this program. It is also very helpful to understand the muscles being worked and the different aspects of it. I rate this higher than the video TRX puts out with no explanations or concepts defined. I am seeing wonderful results so far with this program.

I’m halfway through the programme and can’t speak highly enough of it. I’ve used the “official” TRX videos and app, but they didn’t get close to the intensity or gains TRX Traveller gave me. The workouts are challenging but add in the support offered by Adam, and you absolutely can’t go wrong

It took me 9 weeks to complete the Beach Body program. I had a lot of fun and whenever I did not know how to do an exercise properly, your video guides were very helpful.
Now I am doing the Ultimate TRX Physique Sculptor program. -

This is the third program of Adam’s that I have done, and currently finishing up Week 4. Love this program; I know it’s intense because I often need to rest two days between workouts to be at my best for the next workout. Really appreciate the definition I am seeing.

I’ve had a trx sitting around my home for about a year but honestly didn’t know what do do with it. Yeah the trx came with a poster for some exercises and you can find various moves on the internet. But it still left me unmotivated and fully unconvinced.
I found Adam on YouTube, started watching and learning from him and was thinking, this person sounds legit… I’ll go for it. Turns out… LEGIT! The plan is easily accessible and laid out. All you have to do it put in the work. And the thing about it is, when you apply Adam’s technique, not just the moves, but the mind-muscle connection too!
On a level of vanity I’m loving the way my body is shaping out. On a deeper level, I’m loving the meditation, mind-body connection and look forward to working out every time. EVEN ON LEG DAY! That should say enough right there!!!

I started a fitness journey about 5 months ago, after gaining a bunch of weight after my wife had our first child. I’m not the most motivated exerciser, so I was looking for something that just told me what to do, and I’d do it. I also hadn’t done really any weight training for the prior 12 months
This program was exactly what I needed. It gave me the specifics of what I need to do every day, and when I couldn’t figure out how to do it, Adam was very responsive to emails asking for help.

Well so far I’m starting the program and I have to tell you that it is a completely new perspective for my experience with TRX, it takes you to another level, and you feel it. Looking forward to seeing the results at the end.

Really great program with accompanying docs which explain everything perfectly. Adams enthusiasm shines through in everything he teaches.
I personally stretched out the first 4 weeks a little to get the movements properly nailed and the mind/muscle connection Adam is very vocal about ingrained. You may think this is BS but 2 moves like a low row and hammer curl are ultimately the same, without thinking & focusing on the muscles you need to target you’ll just bang out reps without making as good a connection with the correct muscle. This is really empowering.My only criticism is the lack of direct core work. While every TRX movement requires core stability (and if you’re not bracing your core… brace it!) I would have liked to have seen 2 of the days each week with a direct core movement. I’ve added my own weighted planks or similar to another day or off day.

I have been working out for 20 years and probably have done every type of training there is.
After getting bored with commercial gyms and injuries I decided to switch to a bodyweight/ TRX approach.
After limited muscle gains I was considering going back to the gym but I thought I would give the muscle builder programme a try.
I’m glad I did as even as someone experienced with with training I found it a good challenge and have been getting good muscle gains.
The programme is well thought out and easy to follow and with Adams videos have been a game changer for me. He tells you exactly how to get the best out of each excerise in ways no other PT or you tuber has.
I found the nutrition guide quite helpful too which has helped me gain some muscle.
I’m excited to purchase the resistance band book as im really confident in Adams capabilities to get me in even better shape. -
Started this program after completing the beginner total body workout and for me it was a perfect next step in my TRX journey.
As always Adam has perfectly balanced the program so that the intensity gradually increases as the weeks and your strength progresses, keeping each workout as challenging and effective as possible.
If you ask me it doesn’t matter which program you choose because they are all fantastic, choosing program just comes down to your level of fitness and what you want to achieve. Pick a program and follow Adam’s instructions ( whilst maintaining a healthy diet) and you will surely achieve great results!

I like to workout at home because I’m an engineer and don’t have a lot of time (1 hour at day) and I recommend this program to build muscle.
It’s easy to do, fast and fun!

Very well put together programs with Adam’s characteristic enthusiastic, supportive and succinct style with his links to YouTube. A few typos here and there but nothing major, and Adam is always ready to clarify online. I’ve been doing TRX since 2007 and these guides are generally the clearest and most helpful, highly recommended.

I kicked the gym habit about seven years ago and have been doing TRX ever since. I felt I needed a change and went looking for a TRX training program that could be done at home.
Based on stellar reviews, I decided to try the Advanced Ultimate Physique Sculptor program. I’m very impressed with it and found that I got results within just a few weeks. I have had many personal trainers over the years, and Adam’s training methods are top notch.
Also, the videos are very real and not overly edited or produced. When I train via Adam’s videos, it feels like I’m working with Adam on a one to one basis. His enthusiasm and passion for TRX work really comes through, too. For those that are beginners, don’t worry, Adam has you covered!

This program I will use for the rest of my life. As a D1 athlete and all the different types of training I have done, this is one of the few programs I will be able to continually use forever.
It can always scale to your level if you focus on the mind muscle connection and do the pointers Adam describes. Very well rounded . I have yet to finish a session and not be spent. I am almost at the end of the program and have seen the best progress since I started training with TRX ( I have previously completed the beginner total body workout and the muscle builder program). The program is quite challenging and I definitely wouldn’t be strong enough to manage if I did not work through the two other programs first. Apart from massive definition and muscle growth I have also noticed that this program has greatly raised the limit of how hard I can push myself.
TRX training is more fun than ever and I look forward to starting another of Adam’s programs!

Superb program! I wish I had come across this years ago, I have only just started this program but am already feeling and seeing results. The workouts are hard, but give you a great bang for buck experience. I can fit this in around my busy schedule, and with the TRX I can carry that one when I am travelling or away from home with work. I have already bought the Full Body Intensity program to cycle with this once I have completed both programs.

This cements Adam Atkinson as the best TRX source for exercise and technique in my opinion. He is suffused with enthusiasm and experience with this remarkable kit and has extracted so much more from it that I expect TRX themselves imagined possible.
This is a magnificently creative effort from Adam with his signature succinct detail. I find the progression to be pinpoint accurate with respect to what is achievable over time as intensity and volume increase.

Solid!! That’s my overall feeling about this program. The workouts are easy to follow, but definitely not easy! I’m feeling muscles in my back and shoulders that I’ve not felt before! The fact that there are videos for every single workout is proof positive that some serious time and care went into creating this. I’m very much enjoying this program. The video walkthrough is extremely helpful. I’m in week three and have seen a huge improvement in my strength. This program is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Trying to find a solid exercise program that I can fit into my busy schedule has always been a challenge for me. I knock out my daily workout before I head into work and it starts my day off right. I believe I started this program about a month ago and I am already noticing some awesome improvements in my weight and muscle tone. You won’t be disappointed with this program. I have worked out for most my adult life but this is the first time i have regularly been asked if i was working out. For the past year I’ve been applying Adam’s TRX plans to my life and now they are a key pillar in my health and fitness routine. Prior to “TRX Traveller” there was Yoga, Kickboxing, HIT classes, and occasionally the gym; all of which goes out the window when you travel regularly. Travelling abroad, for business or leisure, means new routines, unpredictable hours, and the potential for dinners, albeit tasty, that are miles away from what your body needs. All of which can really set you back health wise. To date, I’ve used my TRX and Adam’s plans across many countries: the United States, Brazil, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and many others. In all instances I’ve managed to either maintain, and / or, reduce any possible decline in fitness. No one is perfect after all!
Whether you travel or don’t, the point is this. Exercise needs to be easily accessible, as well as guided by positive and well informed people like Adam. From the get go, Adam has answered all my questions, some annoying and obvious I’m sure, with cheerful and supporting information. The plans themselves are comprehensive and leave you feeling like you’ve really worked out the whole body (including muscles you didn’t know you had). Eventually you don’t need to refer to the plans, you just remember. I now rope friends and family in to joining me for workouts wherever I go, and this is why I am now writing this review. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate and benefit from The TRX Traveller. Wherever and whoever is reading this, I’ll say this. There are aesthetic gains to be had for sure, but there is also the chance to maintain a fitness routine in the most unpredictable moments. To feel solid wherever you go, mentally and physically.

Adam’s workout plan transformed my cycling ability. From my initial consultation (sounds a bit formal, it was more of a matey chat about my goals and lifestyle) he created a leg routine to build my power and endurance, as well as core and balance sets to improve my strength and joint support to help prevent injury.
This was my first year of amateur crit racing, and within just 3 months I went from mid-pack to podium (no BS) and earned enough points to move up a cat.
Adam was there throughout, adapting my plan along the way as my strength improved. And the best part was not needing to even look at a gym – the TRX allowed me to workout wherever and whenever I could; inside or outside. Genuinely cannot recommend this guy enough.

I am half way through the Total Body Transformation program and must say that it has been great so far. The way Adam teaches has really shown me how to get the most out of my suspension trainer. As someone who always travels for work, I rely on a suspension trainer to keep in shape. This is by far the best and most comprehensive program that I’ve found for this type of training. I’m happy to report that I’ve achieved some nice gains in the last four weeks. I highly recommend this program and look forward to trying some other ones Adam has to offer.

This is an amazing, inclusive, friendly, yet challenging program. It is definitely perfect for beginners. One might think that it is easy at first. But trust me: learn proper form and watch Adam’s videos on correct form. The mind-body connect is essential to progress. The second block of workouts are great too. Definitely steps up. I highly recommend if you are new to TRX training. I still use the block 2 workouts. But it’s a great program overall.

This is a great TRX program and I’m really happy I bought it. I’m a runner first and foremost and while I find it easy to stay with a cardio program I’ve always struggled with doing functional strength. I bought the TRX last year but never found TRX’s official app helpful and quickly stopped using it. I really wanted to commit to functional strength to get myself in shape for Alpine Ski Season and have loved the beginner program. I’m in week 4 now and know I’ll complete it, I feel stronger and that I have a good grasp of the exercises. I also really like that Adam focuses on control, technique, and mind/muscle connection. Before this program I could do 6 pull ups, but struggled to pause at the top. After this program I have no problem holding my chin above the bar. This program is really well thought out and designed. Adam is clearly an expert n the field of fitness. Other programs show you what exercises to do on your TRX, but Adam shows you HOW to do each exercise for maximum results.

I have always been in decent shape having been in athletics all throughout school and, later, having a fast-paced, physically demanding job. With the past year’s shelter in place and age catching up with me, I found myself the most out of shape and the heaviest I have ever been.
For Christmas, my wife bought me a TRX set and I was so thrilled but, as I started to try and put together a workout regimen of my own, I was so lost. After saving videos to a YouTube playlist, one of Adam’s videos popped up and I watched it. Then watched another one. And another. I am foremost a runner and also love riding my roadbike. Have lots of discipline for cardio work, but none whatsoever for strength work. Have tried many, many methods (gyms, body weight, weights, and I even had a TRX for years) and many times, but nothing ever stuck.
Now using the TRX Beginners program and to my surprise I have made through the first 4 weeks and am now in Block 2. I have done TRX quite a bit in the past as part of a group class and I always loved it. When I bought my TRX setup to use at home, I was really disappointed in the TRX app and the poster they provide with the kit is very basic and added nothing to what I already knew from the classes I had taken before.
I searched online for content and even though there is a lot out there, it’s all things like “30 minute TRX workout” or “killer abs on TRX” and a lot of “top 50 TRX moves” with short clips of people doing the moves. Adam’s programs were the only ones I found that were comprehensive workouts that built from the foundational moves up over time.
Even though I had done a lot of TRX before, I started with the beginner course because I wanted to learn the proper technique from the start. I am so glad I did. I learned more in week 1 of the beginner course than I had learned in dozens of live classes, all the YouTube videos I watched, and especially the materials that came from TRX. I made great progress through the 8 weeks of the beginner course and will be moving to the intermediate shortly. I can’t see not just doing all of them as I progress.
Adam is a great guy, he’s very passionate about the material he has developed (and rightly so) and he is very quick to answer a chat or email if you have any questions. This is easily the best money I have spent on any fitness program hands down. I look forward to every workout and I have really enjoyed watching my body transform (even through the beginner course).
