TRX traveler is the best resource for TRX suspension training and muscle building I have ever found…Coach Adam is honest, and straight forward. This is rare in the online fitness industry. This is the program I’ve been looking for
I’ve always been looking for a workout program that’s flexible, can be done at home, on a budget, and is something that’s maintainable. Adam’s figured it out– I love the workouts! You can make these as easy or as hard as you want, and if you’re short on time, you can always do a quick HIIT workout.I’ve gone all-in with the TRX straps, and I’ll use these for a long time. Game Changer
I am a busy father of two girls I have worked out on and off for several years trying different routines. I have also tried multiple diets and while counting calories or macros works if you are on top of it, it is not realistic if you want to enjoy meals with your family. Enter Fitness Freedom Athletes and Coach Adam. Programs includes tons of extra material which is very well laid out and explained. I have gone over the nutrition material several times to make sure I am following what is laid out. Coach Adam keeps the progress simple and explains the science and why behind the plan. A serious, structured program
I was disappointed with what the maker of TRX has to offer and stumbled upon Adam’s program through online reviews and forums. I was a bit skeptical at first but am now on my second program and couldn’t be happier with it. Adam’s program seems simple at first, but as you progress, you begin to realize just how much thinking has gone into it. It is structured to help you learn proper form and technique as you work through it, so that you begin to have the confidence that you are getting the most out of the time you spend working out.
