Everyone says they want to build lean muscle and transform their body from home.

They talk about it.

They plan for it.

They tell themselves, “One day, I’ll figure out how to use this suspension trainer properly.”

But most people won’t.

Not because they can’t.

Not even because they don’t want it badly enough.

They just never take the first step.

They wait for the “right moment.”

Action doesn’t come after clarity.
