Coach Adam hasnt left any detail untouched in this excellent program designed to annihilate belly fat.The meal plan and workout regimen are easy to follow.I dropped 11 pounds and 2 inches off the waist with his guidance.

Be prepared for tremendous body composition change! I started a goal to lose 10 lbs of stubborn midsection fat on my own. I hit wall hard and made absolutely no progress working like a fiend. Decided there has to be something I’m missing and got Coach Adam’s Belly Fat Annihilation Program.
I not only found the key nutrition info I’d never been exposed to, but saw the legitimacy of it instantly. I incorporated it and started doing the whole body HIIT workouts that come with it. BINGO! In the next 2 weeks I lost a a good amount of fat weight. No matter where you are in your fitness journey you will make far more progress with less effort by incorporating these nutrition principles. Very helpfull advise, great course!! It all sounded very obvious before but it never came down this clear to me. Combined with the HITT workouts you really start to feel things moving inside after just a few days of “diet”/workout. I would really recommend this to anyone who struggles with finding what is needed to get a clear plan for losing belly fat.
