Yes. I recommend an ideal amount of workouts per week for each Program (detailed at the start). But this is NOT a must. You can do less and still progress. Our focus is not on quantity but quality of workout. So long as you are progressing through the Program. And handling the increased intensity and exercise variation workout to workout. You are improving and your results will grow!

Beginner – 30-40 mins, 4 days a week
Intermediate – 35 – 45 mins, 4 – 6 days a week
Advanced – 45 – 55 mins, 3 – 6 days a week
Add-On Programs – 10 – 15 mins 2 – 5 days a week
All are customisable for the days to fit your lifestyle.
No – they’re self-guided programs which are actually better! You get structured weekly workout plans plus technique videos for every exercise. This means you control the pace, can rewatch demonstrations, and aren’t rushed through movements. Much more effective for learning proper form and getting results.
The Programs use progressive overload, so every week the workouts get slightly more intense and the exercises change. So you get stronger week to week.
Each program gives you a weekly plan showing exercises, sets, and reps. You watch my technique videos to learn each exercise, then follow your plan at your own pace. It’s like having a personal trainer’s program with video coaching, but you’re in control.
