- Alternate 1 Leg TRX Hamstring Curl
- TRX Feet Split
- TRX Hamstring Curl
*repeat one after the other for as long as possible, 40 sec rest x 5sets
The key is tempo:
- 4 seconds on the negative phase
- 1 second on the contracting phase.
As an example, watch my chicken legs go super slow (4 seconds) on the negative / downward phase. Then contract hard (1 second) for the positive / upward phase.
Controlling the breathing throughout plays a big role in how long it’s possible to go before failure. Long in through the nose and out.
