It can be applied to 90% of TRX exercises
An example of application to a TRX Reverse Lunge Variation to toast the quads
APPLICATION:
- Go all the way down for 4 seconds
- Push back up HALFWAY for 1 second
- Go back down for 4 seconds
- Push all the way up for 1 second and squeeze the quad hard at the top
- *repeat
The key thing is to maintain the same amount of eccentric time (time on the downward phase) on the half rep as if it was a full rep.
The same application principle can apply to TRX curls, presses, raises etc
