I’ve always been fascinated with building muscle.
The tool I use to do that is a TRX Suspension Trainer – at home or anywhere.

I used to believe 100% that I ‘HAVE TO’ use weights and a gym to transform my body, there was no other way.
But I grew to hate the toxic culture and that chain of belief.
It affected my mental well-being, I was never happy with my body, and I felt trapped.
The biggest thing I ever learnt 7 years ago, which CHANGED EVERYTHING was…
..The muscle doesn’t know what it’s holding.
All it knows is the tension you can place upon it through a range of motion.
When we isolate a muscle, it is 10x weaker on it’s own.
Then when we mindfully connect to that muscle to maintain constant tension on top of that isolation and weakness, the stimulus to grow is great!
Hence why only light loads (TRX, bands, bodyweight) are needed.
