Most people are distracted when they workout.

To build muscle, you need to place your mind inside your muscle.
Connect with each individual muscle and feel it stretch, lengthen, and squeeze in all your suspension trainer workouts.

You have to focus on your muscle and feel it contracting.
You have to really place the mind in it and squeeze it.
When doing a bicep curl with a TRX suspension trainer
For example, let’s say when using a suspension trainer and you’re doing a bicep curl.
You curl up and you squeeze your bicep muscle super hard!
Visually look at it, and feel that squeeze.
You’re connecting with it, squeezing it as hard as you can.
You keep that squeeze as you lower yourself back down, constantly maintaining that squeeze.
It becomes so much harder because you’re mindfully putting all the focus on the muscle.
That means you’re placing all the load onto the bicep muscles.
No momentum or other muscles are helping out.
When a muscle is isolated, it’s much weaker on it’s own.
So you get a BIG muscle building stimulus from a lighter load.
Like when using your body weight with a suspension trainer.
That’s the power of the squeeze and your mind muscle connection.
It will transform your workouts. And you fitness results.
