Hi TRX traveler Adam here. I’ve got a quick question for you, do you want the ability to achieve your fitness goals absolutely anywhere? So did I and that’s why I created the TRX fitness freedom programs you see I used to have a little bit of an unhealthy psychological reliance some gyms, I used to believe I always had to be in one or be near one to achieve my fitness goals it was limiting and it was pretty confining. But cut to now, four and a half years later after TRX’ing across 32 countries, I reckon I can say I’m in the best physical and psychological shape of my life after discovering the huge fitness possibilities that are achievable anywhere whilst using a TRX.. It’s now my mission and passion to help people gain fitness freedom and achieve their fitness goals absolutely anywhere using a TRX. I developed the fitness freedom TRX programs so you can maintain or even advance your fitness when traveling, work out in your own home or in nature. I developed them so you can save money on overpriced gyms and often over populated gyms. But most of all I develop them so you can see and feel the results of exercising anywhere in your own space with internal focus and no distractions. The TRX fitness freedom programs average around 65 pages of workout and complete guide with tips resources and recommendations. They cover what you can expect from the program across blocks one and two, who the programs is for and who it’s not for and where the program can be performed. They are packed full of frequently asked questions and guidance. Each one has a glossary of key terms and technique tips that cover information on the muscle being used along with little key nuggets to think about when performing the exercises. There’s a warm up and cool down plan and the program itself is very detailed leaving lots of space for you to write notes next to each exercise everyday and record your rep ranges.. There’s also key little tips in the notes section to remind you to practice perfect technique and execution. Each program is split across two blocks, the first four weeks normally focuses on technique mastery whilst the second one increases intensity. There’s a full section dedicated to explaining the program, it covers things like feet positioning, rest days, rep ranges, practicing the mind muscle connection and we really dive deep into good form principles. We also cover training variables and talk about frequency, effort and volume. There’s resources and recommendation, links to videos, books and equipment and there’s a full video exercise glossary that covers absolutely every exercise that’s used throughout each one of the programs.
