You’re using a TRX with ‘Movement-Centric Technique’

Which is only good for working up a sweat.

Walking, running, or an aerobics class are forms of Movement-Centric Technique.’

You mindlessly moving from this position to that…

Not thinking about how you’re moving, just moving.

The problem with ‘Movement-Centric Technique’ is that the load is shared across multiple muscles.

It’s great efficiency by the body.

But, it’s useless for building lean muscle and transforming your body.

Because a shared load means the challenge placed upon each muscle isn’t enough to stimulate a growth response.

For example… when you do a TRX Chest Press, you’re mindlessly just pressing up and down.

Your chest is the target muscle. But other muscles are helping out and sharing the load.

Such as your triceps, front shoulders, and biceps.

You’re not isolating the individual chest muscle with the right technique to place the majority of the load onto it.

So you get a minimal muscle growth stimulus.

And your body shape stays the same week to week.

Here’s your solution…

You need to use a TRX with ‘Muscle-Centric Technique’

Isolating the muscle you want to target and not allowing other muscles to help out.

And using slow, controlled movement, with your mind-muscle connection to squeeze the muscle powerfully.

This means that the majority of the load goes onto the muscle you are targeting.

So you get a powerful muscle growth stimulus.

Which means you build lean muscle definition all over your body.

And more lean muscle gained, means you’ll burn more fat at rest.
