Mental Health – 1 routine I do with TRX Training for it

In support of @mind_uk and sharing their message: “Do one thing for better mental health this World Mental Health Day.”

Soon after awaking, 5 minutes of eyes closed mindfulness box breathing (in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, out for 5 seconds).

Followed by journaling 3 things I am grateful for and a positive affirmation for the day.

I then focus on taking this inner mindfulness and gratitude into a TRX workout within a quiet space. Practising to use my body to master my mind.

This process has helped me greatly over the past 5 years. Both in a phycological sense for managing forms of anxiety and irrational, negative thoughts. And physiological development.

I'm new to using a TRX or Band, where shall I start?

First up, welcome! Out of all the millions of websites out there thank you for visiting this one. Secondly, your interest and motivation will change your life. It did for me and thousands of fitness freedom athletes in our community of all ages.

I am mainly based in London, UK. But I love travelling, specifically backpacking our beautiful world and experiencing other cultures... So most likely I may be based on the side of a mountain or little beach hut. Perhaps I’ll even meet you in person at some point… That would be just awesome!
