The 3rd, which usually takes about 10 minutes, has helped me reduce daily anxiety, stress, and catastrophizing more than anything I’ve ever tried.
I also know my workouts are significantly more focused with better mind-muscle connection. Leading to significantly better results 💪.
1. GUT HEALTH.
Floss and brush upon waking to get rid of bad mouth bacteria so it doesn’t get washed down into the gut.
2. PERFORMANCE.
1L of warm water with lemon, ginger, a splash of apple cider vinegar, & a good pinch of Himalayan salt. Rehydration, detoxification, and gut health.
3. MINDFULNESS.
Journal how I’m feeling (fact-check it) and what I’m grateful for then meditate.
4. FOCUS.
Write down my ONE thing to do today. The ONE big domino that if it gets done will knock over all the little dominos.
5. MOVEMENT.
Either a TRX/Band workout, a walk, or house chores… I can already hear my better half Frida laughing at that last one.
