My TRX & Mental Health Routine Each Day. The one routine I do every single day to aid with mental health. In support of Mind and sharing their message: “Do one thing for better mental health this World Mental Health Day.”
Soon after awaking…
5 minutes of eyes closed mindfulness box breathing (in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, out for 5 seconds).
Followed by journaling 3 things I am grateful for and a positive affirmation for the day I then focus on taking this inner mindfulness and gratitude into a TRX workout within a quiet space.
Practising to use my body to master my mind.
This process has helped me greatly over the past 5 years.
Both in a phycological sense for managing forms of anxiety and irrational, negative thoughts.
And physiological development.
