Shocking STRENGTH Gains From TRX Only Training. These chicken legs can fly! Almost. Surprised I was only slightly terrible at this. It seems TRX strength gains transfer fairly well to other forms of body weight movement.
Grabbed the bars a couple of weeks back to mix things up now and then.
After years of TRX and band training I was expecting to be extremely poor with very little ability to hold any form of isometric hold or flow.
Happy with 40 seconds.
Still a lot to learn and a long way to go but really enjoying the different tension feeling placed upon the muscles.
I’ve always admired gymnastic movements and the strength they require.
The physique it creates – broad, round shoulders and tight cores that give a superhero shape.
Female and male gymnasts look fantastic and their bodyweight strength ability is inspirational.
