1. Start With Tension
Start by squeezing your entire arms super hard before you begin the movement. And maintain this squeeze throughout.
This will ensure you keep tension on the shoulder muscle.
Try the exercise without doing this.
You’ll see how much harder it makes it. And thus how much more muscle growth we can gain.
2. Hands and Elbows
Slight bend in your elbows. The hands are just hooks, it’s the shoulders that lead the pumping action.
3. Don’t Hang or Rest
Don’t go all the way down and just ‘hang’ from the TRX.
You will lose tension on the muscle and thus lose the muscle building growth stimulus.
Maintain a short range of motion to keep tension.
