All it knows is the tension you can place upon it through a range of motion.
What do I mean by tension?
I call it the squeeze.
Power of the squeeze.
That’s how you get tension on the muscle.
Tension kept on a muscle powerfully is a number one growth mechanism for lean muscle and strength to grow.
To squeeze it means to powerfully contract your muscle with mindful intent.
