I slow down to build muscle with a TRX suspension trainer.
I take at least six seconds per rep…
- two seconds on the upwards phase
- two seconds squeeze
- and two seconds on the downward phase.
Slowing down allows time under tension.
Time under tension builds muscle.
But it also allows you to hone your technique.
Slowing down, you can focus on your breathing, you can focus on the range of motion, you can focus on mindfully connecting to the muscle.
All of that compounded leads to great results over time.
So I always slow down as much as possible and I get my clients to, to build more muscle.
That’s how we build muscle with TRX suspension Training.
That’s how we master the technique to transform our bodies.
Let’s get to it!
