TRX 3 finger Bicep curl for peak development. A little tip to take TRX Bicep curls to the next level and gaining more bicep development..
Focus on leading the TRX curl with three fingers:
- The little finger
- 3rd finger
- and middle finger
Why?
The bicep muscles full range of motion and usage isn’t just bending at the elbow, bringing the hands towards the face.
It’s also wrist rotation from knuckles up to little pinky up and leading.
Refer to the beginning of the video to notice the difference in my little bicep muscles contraction as I squeeze the muscle and rotate my wrist.
It lengthens and then shortens as I twist the little pinky externally out and up.
That’s the bicep peak, the very last bits of muscle fibres that give the peaking pop when developed- the bathroom mirror flex look.
Arnie had one of the best bicep peaks in history.
Why?
He understood the biceps biomechanics of external rotation.
Next time you TRX curl try focusing on leading with those three fingers and notice how it aids in the natural outer rotation (little pinky leading upwards)
Feel the difference of being able to contract the bicep harder and better at that top peak position
Work smarter then build up to working harder
Stay safe, stay healthy
