2 seconds squeeze!
Advanced:
4 seconds down
1 seconds pause
2 seconds up
2 seconds squeeze
Shoulders
TRX Ys, TRX Facepulls, and TRX Front raises – Do each of the three exercises one after the other – that’s one set
Reps go to failure
2 sets, 40 second rest
Beginner? Take a 10 second rest in between each exercise and only do 1 set.
Chest
TRX Dips – 2 sets, 8-10 reps, last set taken to failure
TRX Flys – 2 sets, 6-8 reps, last set taken to failure
Beginner? Don’t go to failure
Triceps
TRX Skullcrusher – 2 sets, 8-10 reps, last set taken to failure
2 sets, 6-8 reps, last set taken to failure
