Try Rotating the hands right around behind the head on the negative phase and back on the contract up phase. It’s a TRX suspension training triceps extension exercise to REALLY FEEL IT, otherwise known as Skull crushers.
Feel it right now – straighten one elbow by the side of the body. Push the hands back and squeeze the triceps. Then rotate the wrists back and forth and feel the three tricep muscles firing with your other hand.
- We can achieve a bigger range of motion on the tricep muscles with wrist rotation. Try it. Place the mind inside the muscles and feel them working using this technique. Close the eyes to lock-in that focus.
- The triceps don’t just straighten the arm, they are also involved in wrist rotation at that point. Like the biceps when the arm is flexed.
Not much intensity is needed. It’s focusing on the rotation and bottom stretch with a slow tempo and controlled motion that’s key…
