…2 and a half of those years spent TRX’ing and backpack living around Central and South America spreading the TRX love…

The biggest thing I ever realised was: Your bicep muscle does not know the difference between curling a dumbbell or curling a broom stick. All it knows is the contraction of force you can place it under through the range of motion.

I’m now 33 and can honestly say I feel better than when I was in my 20’s trying to live the gym ‘bro’ life. I got suckered into so much BS throughout my 20’s spending £1000’s on gym memberships, equipment, so called fitness influencer supp recommendations. I also wasted a lot of the time confined to believing I needed to be in a gym to ‘look good’ or ‘be healthy’ whilst trying to copy others rather than focusing on myself, my internal feeling and what works for me.

That’s why I’m such an avid TRX obsessive trying to help others with the possibilities and benefits TRX training can do lead to.
