A small but important fact following on from my post, “How I Use Meditative TRX Suspension Training Workouts At Home To Improve My Daily Focus & Productivity”
I want you to see every suspension training (or band) workout within your own space and in your own time, as ME TIME. I want you to be selfish.
This is a time to focus on you internally. To feel your body and broaden your mind.
Get rid of any distractions, no phone, no social media, no background movies.
Transcending beyond just transforming our body, but also to elevate our awareness and mindset.
Buddha Mode and Warrior Mode

For now though, let’s own this time, it’s a gift and excitement to have this time to explore and enhance our body.
We get to workout, not WE HAVE to workout. And we have gratitude for that.
It’s fascinating what we can achieve when we take the time to be selfish, to internalise our focus.
Be proud to be selfish in this time and make it a non-negotiable.
No excuses for location
There’s no excuse for location either.
I’ve used a suspension trainer on building sites in Mexico, 4000ft up in the Himalayas and a field in Cuba with gang members near me.
They came and worked out with me in the end!

But my point is, that no matter where we are, we internalise our focus and become selfish to benefit our body and mind.
