Here’s an email one of my Body Transformation Coaching Club clients recently sent me.

“I never really had a great program to follow and I was never sure how much time per day to commit.

As such, it was hard for me to be consistent in any sort of program that I have started in the past.

Now, after finishing up, I really do feel like I’ve received an education that I’ve been missing my entire life.
