The key Technique Of a TRX Chest Press Isn’t Just To Push Forward.

It’s to focus on bringing your arms across your body.

By trying to bring your elbows together.

And I know that sounds a bit strange.

But if you do this right now – try and bring your elbows together in front of you…

See how it creates a POWERFUL squeeze on the chest muscle!?

That’s what you want to create at the top of a chest press…

A powerful chest muscle squeeze!

The reason that’s good, is because the job of the chest muscle isn’t just to press things forward.

It’s to bring the arms across the body.

So when you do that performing a TRX Chest Press, you bring in lots more chest muscle activation.

So if you do a press and push forward AND then bring our elbows together to squeeze the chest muscles.

You get a powerful chest muscle activation at the top of the exercise.
