How to do TRX Squats: 3 Variations to Sculpt and Strengthen Your Legs

In this video, you will learn:

TRX Narrow Squats:

Focus on targeting your quads (mainly outer quad) to build muscle and strength. Perfect for adding definition to your thighs.

  1. Keep your stance narrow to help target the outer quad
  2. Constantly push your feet outwards against the floor
  3. Pause at the bottom for one second before squeezing back up

TRX Wide Squats:

Engage your glutes and hamstrings to develop muscle and power. Ideal for shaping and strengthening your posterior chain.

  1. Imagine there is a big ball between your bum and heels that you are trying to squeeze. Squeeze it constantly throughout each rep up and down.
  2. Don’t straighten your legs at the top, keep a slight bend to keep tension on the glutes and hamstrings.
  3. Pause at the bottom for a second before squeezing back up

TRX Normal Stance Squats:

A comprehensive move that targets your quads, hamstrings, and glutes for balanced muscle development and overall leg strength.

  1. A merge of the above
  2. Push your feet outwards against the floor on the way up
  3. Squeeze the ball between your bum and heels on the way down.
