If you’re feeling stuck building lean muscle and strength with your suspension trainer…
..I have a challenge for you.
It won’t take months.
It won’t require a massive overhaul.
And it definitely won’t burn you out.
All I’m asking is that you commit to one simple change for 2 weeks, and see what happens.
Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Focus ONLY on “the squeeze” during every single rep
Place your mind inside the muscle you’re targeting and powerfully contract it (squeeze it) throughout the entire movement.
Really focus on squeezing it non stop throughout the entire set.
No mindless pushing and pulling.
This is the core of the challenge.
2. Slow down your tempo to 6 seconds per rep
This keeps tension on the muscle longer, which is what actually triggers growth.
Forget chasing high rep numbers.
3. Lock your body in stone before each set
Don’t let ANY other muscles help out.
If you’re doing chest press, only your chest muscle squeezing should cause your body to move.
This isolates the target muscle and forces it to do all the work.
That’s it.
No overcomplication.
No endless adjustments.
Just one focused change for 2 weeks to see if it actually moves the needle.
Because here’s the thing:
Most people never commit long enough to see real results.
They grab their suspension trainer, start blasting out reps as fast as possible, and wonder why their body looks the same week after week.
Then they try a different app, a new YouTube routine, maybe even buy different equipment…
Constantly searching for the next trick instead of actually testing what’s in front of them.
That’s why most people with a TRX gathering dust in their cupboard stay stuck.
They’re using “Movement-Centric Technique”…
Mindlessly moving from point A to B with multiple muscles sharing the load.
But 2 weeks is short enough to be manageable, yet long enough to see a difference.
If you take this seriously…
I guarantee you’ll start noticing your muscles actually feeling worked…
That satisfying burn in the right places…
And maybe even some definition you haven’t seen before by the end of it.
And once you do, you’ll realise something powerful:
Your muscles don’t know where you are or what you’re holding. They only know tension.
Which means you can build lean muscle from home without ever needing a gym again.
It was never about finding the perfect equipment.
It was about using what you have with the right technique and actually following through.
The question is, will you actually do it?
Because I’ve seen what happens when busy adults like you finally nail this approach.
Matt lost 14 lbs in 8 weeks and built visible definition, all from home between work meetings.
Andreas told me his workouts became a form of meditation that strengthened his body while calming his mind, so he could be the best dad possible.
A 74-year-old member dropped 12 lbs and regained 90% of his mobility after years of knee problems.
They didn’t need a gym.
They didn’t need hours of free time.
They just needed the right technique.
