Imagine the food you eat is like petrol for a car engine.

And your body is a worn-out car engine.

Do you keep trying different types of petrol hoping it will perform better?

Big ‘health and fitness’ brands will tell you to use fat loss pills or supplements to fix it.

They focus on the ‘petrol’. It’s easy money for them.

I tried different diet fads, shakes, cleanses, fat-loss supplements…

They either left me weak and depleted or weren’t a sustainable way to live.

It is the most overlooked aspect of the entire health & fitness industry.

Someone with great metabolic flexibility can burn carbs when they exercise and belly fat when they rest.

Becoming metabolically flexible is upgrading your ‘body engine.’

I am mainly based in London, UK. But I love travelling, specifically backpacking our beautiful world and experiencing other cultures... So most likely I may be based on the side of a mountain or little beach hut. Perhaps I’ll even meet you in person at some point… That would be just awesome!
