The other day I shared how the “Muscle-Centric Technique” transforms suspension training from cardio-style movement…
…Into real lean muscle building.
Now I want to show you what that actually looks like in real life.
Meet Theo…
(For transparency, a screenshot of his email to me is in the P.S)
A 60-year-old HEMA swordmanship instructor who refused to accept that “getting older” meant getting weaker.
When Theo first reached out to me, he was already active….
Swimming, cycling, staying busy.
But something wasn’t quite right.
He had some muscle with stubborn fat here and there.
He was doing all the “right” things…
Staying active, working out regularly, eating relatively healthy.
But his body wasn’t transforming the way he wanted.
The muscle definition wasn’t there.
The strength wasn’t where it needed to be for his demanding hobbies.
And like so many people, he’d started to believe maybe this was just what “50s” looked like.
Then Theo discovered the “Muscle-Centric Suspension Training approach.”
At first, it felt counterintuitive.
Slow down?
Focus on just ONE muscle at a time?
Use your MIND to connect with your muscles during every single rep?
But within weeks, things started changing for Theo.
His muscles began to pop out more.
His upper back developed that athletic Y-shape.
His leg muscles gained definition.
The stubborn fat around his waist?
Gone.
But here’s what really struck me when I talked with Teho..
He said:
“I look better, feel better, and am stronger than 10 years ago, although I became older.”
Think about that for a second.
At 53 years old, using just a suspension trainer from home, Theo is in BETTER shape than he was at 43.
And it gets better…
The strength improvements carried over to everything in his life:
Lifting things during hobby work became effortless.
Squatting with proper form felt natural.
His HEMA swordmanship improved because his explosive power increased.
He told me:
“Daily, I feel confident and strong. After a workout I feel like wearing muscle armour 🙂 You know what I mean.”
I absolutely do, Theo.
That’s exactly what Fitness Freedom feels like.
But here’s my favourite part of his message…
Theo discovered what I’ve been teaching for years…
When you combine muscle-centric technique with mind-muscle connection, your workouts become meditation.
In his words:
“The meditation state of mind to muscle combines the muscle workout with a meditation, which works excellent for me. My mind feels relaxed after the workout.”
This is the double benefit I keep talking about…
…You strengthen your body while calming your mind.
And best of all?
Not a single injury during the entire Program.
The warm-ups I include work.
The controlled, intentional movements protect your joints instead of destroying them.
Theo called the program “a life changer” and said:
“Compared with all the exercises, additional info and the possibility to ask you for advice, it is one of the best financial investments for a workout program I’ve made.”
Now, here’s the thing…
Theo progressed his way to completing my advanced Full Body Athlete Program over a few months.
But his transformation started exactly where I want YOU to start, with the foundational Muscle-Centric Technique that builds lean muscle sustainably.
You don’t need to be in perfect shape to begin.
You don’t need gym experience.
You don’t even need to know what a “mind-muscle connection” is yet.
You just need to be ready to learn the right technique from day one.
So start with this FREE Beginner Full Body Muscle & Strength Workout and do it with me.
And experience the Muscle-Centric Technique that isolates muscles for maximum growth
And mind-muscle connection training to turn workouts into moving meditation.
