The other day I shared how the “Muscle-Centric Technique” transforms suspension training from cardio-style movement…

Now I want to show you what that actually looks like in real life.

Meet Theo…

A 60-year-old HEMA swordmanship instructor who refused to accept that “getting older” meant getting weaker.

When Theo first reached out to me, he was already active….

Swimming, cycling, staying busy.

But something wasn’t quite right.

He had some muscle with stubborn fat here and there.

He was doing all the “right” things…

Staying active, working out regularly, eating relatively healthy.

Where are you based?
