How do you keep motivated to build lean muscle and transform your body from home?
Is it even possible?
Of course it is.
But a little background first.
As you know, I have Programs that teach busy people how to build lean muscle and transform their body from home with a suspension trainer or resistance band.
Recently Andreas joined the Fitness Freedom Athletes Community, and gave himself the challenge of sticking to the Programs for 6 months.
Andreas has 3 kids.
A demanding job.
And as you can imagine… zero time.
All the school runs, house chores, weekend family activities, and work commitments.
But in the last 6 months there was one part of his busy schedule which wasn’t difficult any more!
It was his health and fitness.
