So what did David do differently…to produce these kinds of results so quickly?

He had #2 secrets behind his success

You’ll notice a clue to the first one in the testimonial above.

He came to me because I was a “master of helping people transform their bodies from home.”

He focused on ‘Muscle-Centric’ suspension trainer technique workouts.

Squeezing them in between meetings, he used slow and controlled movements to isolate muscle areas and create a lean muscle growth stimulus.

He combined them with 15 min metabolic bodyweight HIIT workouts.

This combination allowed him to build his cardiovascular fitness and strength.

His weekly structure was:

  1. x4 40-minute suspension trainer workouts
  2. x2 15-minute metabolic HIIT workouts

That structure alone kept his transformation going for 8 weeks before we needed to change the routine due to plateau.

Conventional fitness methods, gyms, and being on other people’s schedules just wouldn’t work for him.
