Today, I want you to meet Andy.
When Andy reached out to me, he wasn’t looking to get “beach body ready” or chase some aesthetic goal.
He was scared.

A few months earlier, he’d suffered a heart attack.
A blocked artery.
The doctors told him it was a lifetime of poor diet and lifestyle choices catching up with him.

And the part that got me:
“I now feel like I have a longer future because I am being proactive and on top of things heart wise. Knowing I should hopefully live longer and be here to see my daughter grow up is the greatest thing that I could have ever hoped for.”
