Today, I want you to meet Andy.

When Andy reached out to me, he wasn’t looking to get “beach body ready” or chase some aesthetic goal.

He was scared.

A few months earlier, he’d suffered a heart attack.

A blocked artery.

The doctors told him it was a lifetime of poor diet and lifestyle choices catching up with him.

Andy had a young daughter.

And he was terrified he wouldn’t be around to see her grow up.

He’d struggled with his weight for years.

Tried the usual routes…

gym memberships he rarely used…

restrictive diets he couldn’t stick to…

fitness trackers that just made him feel guilty.

Nothing worked. He felt sluggish, depressed, and stuck in a rut.

“I was pretty sure I was killing myself slowly,” he told me.

When we started working together, Andy needed two things:
