What I’m about to say will piss most fitness trainers off. Maybe even you.

Ready?

Here it goes:

Most people think you must go to a gym and lift heavy weights to build lean muscle.

But that’s wrong.

The real reason people build visible lean muscle isn’t because they lift heavier weights in a crowded gym.

It’s not even because they follow some complicated “muscle confusion” program.

It’s because they know how to create enough tension on a specific muscle to trigger real growth.

And your muscles don’t care WHERE you are or WHAT you’re holding to do that.

Any ‘fitness tool’ can be used to place a muscle under tension for a period of time to cause a growth stimulus…

Even a simple suspension trainer.

Now you might think a suspension trainer is just a fancy stretching tool.

Or only good for fitness classes that jump around

And you’re right.

For the majority of people, it is exactly that.

But the ones who actually transform their bodies and build noticeable lean muscle with it?

They do it by learning Muscle-Centric Technique instead of the mindless “movement-centric” approach that 99% of suspension training resources teach.

Take two people.

Both have a TRX suspension trainer hanging at home.
