I hate supplements that promise the body and health of a Greek god
They make you believe you can hack your way to health and longevity using them.
When you’re leading a busy and stressful life, the ‘hack appeal’ is strong.

He was relying on caffeine and quick carbs for energy fixes.

Caffeine hits and energy bars are a short-term fix with long-term consequences.
Knowing my friend, I knew a main cause for his daily fatigue would be low potassium levels.
You need to ensure your daily potassium intake is higher than your sodium intake.
Otherwise, you’ll feel tired and lethargic.
How do you get higher levels of potassium?
Lots of green veg.
Yep, it’s that boring and simple.
Quick meals like burritos, stir fry, and snacking on any easy carb source (crackers, cereal, nuts)…
Are not going to do it.
The only supplement you need to help you with this is Powdered Greens.
