But they believed, like so many do, that the gym was the only path to fitness.
I wanted a change. For my clients and myself
In 2016, I decided to leave the gym world for good and do something different.
I picked up a TRX suspension trainer, a resistance band, and committed to building muscle and transforming my body from home.
I got laughed at when posting on social media about it.
And many times there were sniggers on Zoom calls when I joined bodybuilding coaching programs…
You can imagine right, here’s little me pondering how to isolate the outer quad of my chicken legs with suspension trainer squats….
..while there were comments about 400Lb deadlifts.
The funny thing is, the moment I was out of the gym environment…
I stopped being a ‘gym bro guy’ who thought he knew it all from searching Google, YouTube, or doing a PT course.
And I became a learner…
I committed myself to years of study, trial and error, and the relentless pursuit of a method that worked.
I stopped listening to what gym cultures said was “right.”
And began applying what I’d learned from mentorships and programs to a new approach:
Muscle-centric technique with a suspension trainer and resistance band.
I combined it with powerful mind-muscle connection principles.
It exploded my results, as you can see…
Physically, my body transformed consistently – I built better quality muscle and functional strength
Mentally, workouts became a form of meditation – which boosted my mental and emotional well-being.
This became the Mindful Muscle-Centric Technique…
A method that’s helped thousands of busy professionals build muscle and transform their bodies from home, without the gym.
And that’s what drives me now…
